I am happy to announce that the PVHA was awarded the HCV Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator Grant, received set-aside funding for our HCV HAP, and ROSS – Service Coordinator Grant.

The HCV FSS grant will assist PVHA efforts to improve and foster an atmosphere of self‐sufficiency for our residents and support PVHA’s Supportive Residents Independence Services.

The ROSS – Service Coordinator Grant will help improve the living conditions of our elderly or disabled residents and enable the residents to age-in-place.

Our 2009-2010 fiscal year has ended and the Pleasantville Housing Authority's #1 goal is to remain a High Performer in all designated areas and continue HUD's positive interest in the PVHA and target PVHA to receive future funding and development opportunities.
