As we enter into our new Fiscal Year, there are reasons for concerns dues to the current federal budget cuts and future proposed cuts to our budget and reserve, but there is a reason for some optimism.

Due to fiscal restraint during the 2010-2011 fiscal year all departments showed an increase in net asset which will help lessen the impact of federal domestic cutting.
